Feedbacks from my trainer

Pros:

1. Took the initiatives in all ceremonies
2. Face the problem and deal with it
3. Ask sharp questions
4. Help to the team to push back the PO asked and tried to protect the team
5. BA, QA, UX, Tech Lead, PM

Cons

1. Too hurry to express ideas. Better to ask questions for the team, “What’s your points of view?” “Do you have any other views?”
2. Some times better to explain the ideas to the team clearly and make everybody understand it, then you will get more people help you to finish it instead of do it by yourself. Then slowly people will like to work with you.
3. Improve facilitation skills, leadership skills and lead by example. List the pros and cons for the possible solutions and to see which one meet our criteria.
4. Change the mindset to treat people as people instead of ‘Resource’
5. Read grade exceptions carefully to make it clear what’s the customer’s expectation for your grade.
